Curated Breathwork for Retreats & Private Gatherings
Breathwork can be a powerful anchor within retreats, leadership gatherings, and intentional group experiences.
I offer trauma-informed, breath-led facilitation for retreats and private events seeking depth, regulation, and embodied presence—without overwhelm or performance.
Each experience is shaped collaboratively, honoring the tone, intention, and nervous system capacity of the group.
How This Work Is Used in Events
Breathwork can support:
Grounding and regulation at the start of a retreat
Emotional integration during periods of transition or intensity
Nervous system reset for leaders and high-responsibility roles
Closing and integration experiences that land insight in the body
Sessions are guided with clarity, pacing, and discretion—creating space for both individual experience and collective coherence.
Types of Events Supported
This work is well-suited for:
Retreats and immersive experiences
Leadership and executive gatherings
Creative intensives and offsites
Wellness studios and intentional communities
Private groups seeking a shared, embodied experience
Group size, format, and structure are adapted based on the needs of the event.
Facilitation Approach
My facilitation style is:
Trauma-informed and nervous-system-first
Grounded, clear, and non-performative
Adaptable to a wide range of group dynamics
Focused on integration, not spectacle
Breathwork is used as a tool for awareness, regulation, and embodied insight—supporting the overall arc of your event rather than dominating it.
Collaboration & Customization
Each event is approached as a collaboration.
We’ll explore:
The intention of the gathering
The composition and capacity of the group
Timing, pacing, and integration needs
How breathwork can best support the overall experience
This ensures the work feels aligned, contained, and meaningful within the larger context.

Event One
This 2-hour immersive ceremony is an invitation to go inward—to breathe through resistance, release what’s been held, and reconnect with the truth beneath the noise.
Held in our serene, ambient space at Ebb & Flow Hot Yoga, the experience begins the moment you walk in. Soothing lighting, soft music, and the warm glow of our fireplace set the tone. Arrive early or linger after to unwind with a cup of tea, drop into presence, and soak in the vibes.
Led by Eric Morris, a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, this experience combines conscious, circular breath with light somatic coaching, nervous system regulation techniques, guided meditation, and curated music to create a safe and powerful journey inward.
You’ll begin by settling into the space with grounding breath, light movement, and intention-setting. From there, you'll be guided through a transformational breathwork journey designed to help you:
Access deeper emotional layers
Release stored tension, stress, or trauma
Repattern limiting beliefs held in the body
Open space for clarity, healing, and alignment
This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about clearing space so you can meet yourself more fully. Many participants report feelings of emotional release, expanded awareness, deep peace, and powerful breakthroughs.
The session will close with gentle integration time, reflection, and optional journaling or conversation.
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
Breath-led somatic journey
Guided coaching with energetic and emotional support throughout
Grounding meditation + intention-setting
Safe space for release, exploration, and reconnection
Integration time, community support, and optional reflection
📝 What to Bring:
Pillow, yoga mat and blanket (optional eye mask or journal)
Water + anything you need to feel cozy and supported
An open heart and willingness to go within
No prior experience with breathwork is necessary.
All are welcome, and modifications will be offered to support each participant’s unique experience.
Come as you are. Leave lighter.
